Our sponsors and affiliates are so important and we accomplish a lot together. We wouldn't be able to do what we do without them. They help us create meaningful experiences for our Scouts. We are proud of our sponsors and affiliates - THANK YOU!

SPONSORS & AFFILIATES

CALIBURN MASONIC LODGE #785

All Cub Scout Packs are associated with a Chartering Organization that sponsors them, as an extension of their organizations mission to serving the community. They serve as a chartering partner, owner and approves the selection of leaders. Pack 113 is honored to be chartered by the Caliburn Masonic Lodge #785.

Hyde Park Community United Methodist Church

Our home is HPCUMC and we are an extension of their Family Ministry. All are invited to visit on Sundays (See service times). The youth in our community are a very important part of the Church, and Pack 113 is a vital part. Check out HPCUMC’s website for other activities.

A Scout is Reverent

Scouting America maintains that no member can grow into the best kind of citizen without recognizing an obligation to God…. Scouting America, therefore, recognizes the religious element in the training of the member, but it is absolutely nonsectarian in its attitude toward that religious training. Its policy is that the home and organization or group with which the member is connected shall give definite attention to religious life. All faiths are welcome.

You do not have to be a member of HPCUMC to join Pack 113. But if you do not currently have a church home, we encourage you to visit HPCUMC and we invite you to join us!

The Dan Beard Council

Pack 113 is in the Queen City District, one of several districts in the Cincinnati region that are part of the Dan Beard Council, Scouting America. The Dan Beard Council is the administrative body of the the Scouting America in the Greater Cincinnati area. With a geographic area of 12 counties in Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky and an average annual membership of 10,000 families, the Dan Beard Council is one of the larger metropolitan councils in the country and the largest youth organization in the Cincinnati area. We are chartered annually by the National Council of Scouting America, which is chartered by the Congress of the United States of America!

Local Elementary Schools

Pack 113 draws youth from a number of elementary schools on the East Side of Cincinnati. Historically, member families have often come from Hyde Park School, Kilgour School, The Seven Hills School, Mercy Montessori School, Rockwern Academy, Sands Montessori School, Montessori Center Room, Montessori Lab School, and Cincinnati Classical Academy.
